This pack has been written and developed by Hazel Gowland,

Dr Ian Leitch and Dr Lisa Ackerley.

It includes a 23 minute DVD in two parts - a 17 minute training film which outlines many common food allergy risks and how they can be controlled, together with a 6 minute film review of key Learning Points.

5 Students' cards with a short multiple choice assessment and Tutor's notes complete the pack which is aimed at people preparing and serving foods in restaurants, takeaways, on counters and in many other retail and catering businesses.
